The answers
How do I rent a unit?
Call (405) 385-9347 and we will set you up over the phone, or rent online through our rental center in a few minutes.
What does it cost?
Covered canopy bays are $100 a month, enclosed 14x25 bays start at $110 a month, and 14x40 enclosed units start at $150 a month. Monthly RV spaces with full hookups are $425 a month, and nightly RV stays start at $40 a day.
What are the access hours?
Access is 24/7, every day of the year. There is no gate code to enter and no access window to plan around, so your unit is as reachable at midnight as it is at noon.
Is the facility gated? How is security handled?
There is no gate, and we say that plainly. The property is covered by security cameras and the lot stays lit at night, and the open layout is what makes true 24/7 drive-up access possible.
What unit sizes do you have?
Storage runs three ways: 14x25 enclosed bays (each is half of a 50-foot drive-through, take both halves for the full pull-through), 14x40 enclosed units, and 12x40 covered canopy bays for rigs, boats, and trailers. RV spaces are open 20x40 with full hookups.
Can I store an RV, boat, camper, or trailer?
Yes. RVs, boats, campers, and trailers park on dedicated pads, including covered canopy spaces, and you can pull in or out any time thanks to 24/7 access.
Can I live in my RV at Quiet Stay?
Yes. We offer RV pads for monthly and extended stays with full hookups, and many of our long-term guests are working in the area or between homes.
Do the RV pads have hookups?
Yes. Monthly stay pads have full hookups: electric, water, and sewer.
Where are you located? How far from Stillwater?
We are at 22448 County Road 230, Morrison, OK 73061, about 16 miles from Stillwater and Oklahoma State University.
Were you Red Dirt RV Park or Patriot North?
Yes, same location, new name and new management. The facility formerly listed as Red Dirt RV Park & Storage and Patriot North RV & Storage is now Quiet Stay RV Park & Self Storage.
How do payments work?
You can pay online through the rental center, and autopay is available so rent takes care of itself each month.
What can I not store?
No hazardous materials, fuels, explosives, perishables, or anything living, and nothing illegal. If you are unsure about an item, call us and we will give you a straight answer.
